Common Questions
My tracking shows no updates: Allow 24-48 hours after receiving your tracking number for the carrier to scan your package.
My package is marked delivered but I haven’t received it: Please check with neighbors and your local post office. If still missing after 48 hours, contact us immediately.
Can I change my shipping address? Address changes can only be made before your order ships. Please contact us as soon as possible.
