01. Eligibility Requirements
To qualify for a return or exchange, your items must strictly adhere to the following conditions:
- Items must remain in their original, unopened retail packaging.
- All factory security seals and shrink-wrap must be 100% intact.
- The product must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition as received.
- All original accessories and documentation must be included in the return package.
HEALTH & HYGIENE NOTICE: Due to the intimate nature of our products, we cannot offer refunds or exchanges if the products have been opened, worn, or used. This policy is strictly enforced for health and safety reasons.
02. Defective or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please notify us within 48 hours of receipt. Orox Luxury will bear the full costs for resolution in these cases.
- Wrong Item Received: Reject delivery or contact us within 48 hours for a full replacement.
- Damaged/Defective: Contact support with detailed photos/videos for an immediate resolution.
- Product Not Received: We will investigate with the carrier and arrange a replacement or refund.
03. Return Procedure
Step 1: Contact support@oroxluxury.com to request a return authorization (RA number). Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days. The following items cannot be returned: Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within ess days. Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error. While we optimize every shipment for successful delivery, we cannot guarantee cutoms clearance in countries where adult products are legally restricted. Orox Luxury is not liable for losses due to customs detention or seizure. Return shipping costs for interonal orders are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective.
